1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using the FindHolding website you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the site.

If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have sufficient authority to bind it to these terms.

2. Scope of the site and services

This site is informational and commercial in nature: it describes our products — including Polar and Enkel — our solutions for different industries and the ways to contact us.

Any actual engagement is governed by a separately signed contract, proposal or service order. In the event of a conflict between these terms and that specific agreement, the specific agreement prevails.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the site lawfully, diligently and in accordance with these terms. In particular, you may not:

• Alter, damage or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to extract content in bulk without our prior written authorisation.
• Introduce malicious code or take any action that could affect the availability or integrity of the service.
• Impersonate third parties or provide false information in the forms.
• Use the site's content for unrelated commercial purposes without authorisation.

4. Forms and communications

By completing a form you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We may use that data to answer your enquiry and follow up commercially, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any communication we send in response to an enquiry forms part of the pre-contractual relationship and does not, on its own, constitute a binding offer.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, code and documentation — belongs to FindHolding or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

6. Customer content and data

The data, documents and content a customer organisation brings into our solutions remain its exclusive property. FindHolding acquires no rights over them beyond those strictly necessary to deliver the contracted service.

The customer is responsible for holding the rights and authorisations needed for the content it uploads, including any third-party personal data.

7. Use of artificial intelligence

Our products and the assistant available on this site use artificial intelligence models. The outputs generated are probabilistic in nature: they may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, accounting or financial advice.

Decisions taken on the basis of those outputs are the responsibility of whoever takes them. We recommend keeping human oversight over critical processes and validating information before acting on it.

8. Third-party links and services

The site may contain links to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or any damage arising from their use. Access to those resources is at your sole risk.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, modify or discontinue the site or its content in whole or in part, including the product features described, without prior notice.

Service levels for contracted solutions are governed by the specific agreement signed with each customer.

10. No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, currency, completeness or fitness of the information for a particular purpose.

Information about results, metrics or use cases is illustrative and does not amount to a promise of performance in any specific environment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FindHolding will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from access to or use of the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold FindHolding, its officers and its staff harmless against third-party claims arising from misuse of the site, breach of these terms or infringement of third-party rights on your part.

13. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data we collect through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

14. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, showing its update date. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the new version.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the competent ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction.

If any clause is held invalid, the remainder will stay in full force.
