Data deletion.
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. Fill in the form and we'll give you a confirmation code for your request.

How it works
- 1You submit the request from the form on this page. We show you a confirmation code straight away — save it in case you need to ask us about your request.
- 2We verify that you are the data subject or that you are authorised to act on their behalf. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.
- 3We delete the data from our systems and connected channels, and confirm by email. The maximum turnaround is 30 calendar days from the request.
What we delete
- Profile data obtained through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, or TikTok when you interacted with our apps or assistants.
- Conversation and message history associated with your account on the connected channels.
- Contact details submitted through the site's forms and usage records tied to your identifier.
What we may retain
- Information we are required to keep for legal, accounting, or tax obligations, for as long as the applicable regulation requires.
- The records needed to evidence that we fulfilled the deletion request itself.
- Aggregated or anonymised data that can no longer identify you.
If you arrived from Facebook or Instagram, you can also start the request from your profile, under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Send request. In that case Meta forwards the request to us and we return a confirmation code in the same format.
